We offer free worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery times ranging from 8 to 14 business days, depending on the destination. These estimates do not include processing times or customs clearance delays.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Customers are entitled to a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, in compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

Return conditions:
   •    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
   •    Tags and labels must remain attached
   •    A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Returns are free of charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval.

Cancellations are possible before your order ships. Once dispatched, you must initiate a return.
