Returns & Refunds Policy — SKINWEAR™

At SKINWEAR™, we believe in intentional design, and we stand behind the quality of every piece we release. However, we understand that sometimes — in the aftermath — certain transmissions need to be reversed. The Undoing exists for that very purpose.

This document outlines our returns, refunds, and exchange policy in full detail. Please read carefully before initiating a return.

🕳 Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return items purchased from [yourdomain.com] within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
   •    The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
   •    All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
   •    The item is not marked as Final Sale, Limited Drop, or Ritual Exclusive
   •    You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

🧷 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
   •    Gift cards or digital credits
   •    Items purchased during “Ritual Drops” or final clearance
   •    Underwear, socks, or intimate wear
   •    Altered or damaged garments
   •    Custom or made-to-order items
   •    Items returned without prior authorization

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the status of your return.
   •    Approved Returns:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for processing.
   •    Partial Refunds:
In certain cases (e.g. signs of wear, missing tags), a partial refund may be granted at SKINWEAR’s discretion.
   •    Denied Returns:
Items that do not meet return criteria will be shipped back to you at your expense or disposed of in accordance with SKINWEAR policy.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item with another size or style, please return the original item for a refund, and place a new order separately.

🚚 Return Shipping


   •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item, defect).
   •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt.
   •    SKINWEAR is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

🛑 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with:
   •    Order number
   •    Clear photos of the issue
   •    Description of the problem

We will investigate and provide a replacement, refund, or credit depending on the circumstance.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
   1.    Check your bank account again
   2.    Contact your credit card company or payment provider
   3.    If the issue persists, contact us at support@skinwear.store

⚖ Policy Abuse

SKINWEAR reserves the right to:
   •    Refuse returns from customers who exhibit unusual or excessive return patterns
   •    Limit eligibility for ritual or limited-edition products
   •    Deny refunds for garments returned in used or altered condition

Our system is designed to protect the integrity of our limited collections and ensure fair access for all clients.
